Our tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can add this insurance easily during the booking process, both online and by e-mail.
Price information
  • All listed prices include VAT and all Bella Posta inclusive services.
  • Prices vary according to room category, length of stay and current occupancy – thanks to this flexible pricing model, guests who book early benefit the most.
  • Local tourist tax: € 3.50 per person/night (from 14 years of age), payable on site.
  • Bed and breakfast is charged at the standard rate minus € 20 per person/night (breakfast prices are fixed – unused breakfasts are non-refundable).

During the main building’s closing period (January to the end of February), only the studios in the annex are available:
  • on a self-catering basis
  • prices are per studio with a maximum occupancy of two people
  • VAT included
  • with reduced included services (no spa access, no catering)
Offers & packages
  • All discounts and reductions are non-combinable – neither with each other nor with our offers and packages.
  • Our offers and holiday packages are fixed-price arrangements – any services not used within a package will not be deducted from the total price.
Single use of double rooms
Our double rooms can also be booked as single rooms on request – depending on the season, a surcharge of between 20 % and 80 % applies.

Check-In & Arrival
From what time can I check in?
Your room or studio will be ready for you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive in Oberbozen a bit earlier, we’ll be happy to share a few tips on what you can do while you wait. An early check-in is also possible on request and subject to availability.
What’s the difference between Check-In and Smart Check-In?
With Smart Check-In, you can check in online from anywhere! A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a pre-arrival message with all the important details for your stay, including the option for online check-in. You’ll simply enter your personal information. When you arrive, you’ll only need to take care of a few quick formalities before your Bella Posta vacation begins. If you prefer, you can do the entire check-in process at Bella Posta, though it will take a little longer.
What are the reception hours?
The reception is staffed daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Can I pay for my entire stay in advance?
Absolutely! To be honest, at Bella Posta it’s standard procedure to pay 50 % of the total stay as a deposit during the booking process. We’ll send you a payment link where you can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. If you prefer to pay the full amount for your holiday right away, you’re of course welcome to do so. After your stay, the only charges remaining will be the local tax (EUR 3.50 per night per person aged 14 and over) and any additional services you have booked during your stay. We’ll send you the invoice after your online check-out, and you can pay it conveniently from home.
What’s the deal with the digital key?
Once you’ve checked in, you’ll receive your digital key, which allows you to easily open the main entrance door, the depot, the laundry room and the trust shop in the annex using your mobile phone, throughout your stay. If you’ve booked a studio in the annex, you can also use the digital key to open your studio door. Sounds smart? It is. If you’d prefer a physical key card instead, we’ll be happy to provide one at check-in.
Can I travel by public transport?
It’s a breeze! Hop on the train to Bolzano, then a short 500-meter walk to the cable car station, and in just 10 minutes, you’ll be up in Oberbozen. From the cable car's top station, it’s only a 3-minute walk to Bella Posta.

What’s included in the price?
All prices include the Bella Posta inclusive services: regular cleaning, free Wi-Fi, the South Tyrol Guest Pass, and (from March 2026) use of the Gioia Spa as well as dining as part of the Dolce Vita All Day concept. The local tourist tax of € 3.50 per person/night (from 14 years of age) is charged separately on site.
What is Dolce Vita All Day?
Dolce Vita All Day is our all-inclusive light concept: Enjoyment from morning to night – with breakfast, snacks, little treats, soft drinks, coffee & tea, and a relaxed Italian-style dinner. Perfect for everyone who likes things easy and carefree.
What does Smart Stay mean?
A stay at Bella Posta is all about comfort – from start to finish. That's why almost everything works digitally: From booking to check-out, and even during your stay, you can easily book experiences all through the Bella Posta app.
Where can I shop?
In Oberbozen, and very close to Bella Posta, you'll find a tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, and other shops. You can find a full list with opening hours in the guide provided in your apartment. And if you’re in the mood for a city stroll: the cable car to Bolzano is just a few minutes away and takes you straight to the old town with its countless boutiques, markets and shopping opportunities.
Can my dog also stay at Bella Posta?
Yes, your dog is welcome at Bella Posta! On request and in certain room types in the annex, we can provide a dog blanket, food bowl, and dog waste bags for EUR 35 per day. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the spa area or on the sunbathing lawns – this way, all our guests can feel completely comfortable. We kindly ask you not to walk your dog on the surrounding meadows and fields, as the Ritten farmers use these areas to grow food for their cows and other animals. The many hiking trails and promenades are much better suited for walks, of course, only if you clean up after your dog.
Is there a pool or wellness area?
Yes – from March 2026 our Gioia Spa will be waiting for you: a peaceful retreat with wide-open views. Heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, elegant relaxation rooms and a garden where time seems to stand still. Perfect for pampering body and mind – and letting go of everyday life.
What should I pack for my vacation?
We don’t want to give you any rules, of course, but we’d strongly recommend packing swimwear for the spa, good shoes, active wear, and sunscreen for hikes and excursions. This way, you'll experience South Tyrol at its best!
How often will my room or studio be cleaned?
  • Until March 2026: cleaning every three days, plus final cleaning
  • From March 2026: cleaning every two days, plus final cleaning
Fresh towels are available anytime on request. You are also welcome to book additional cleanings (EUR 45 incl. linen change). In case of heavy soiling of the room, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of EUR 150.
Can I do my laundry at Bella Posta?
Yes, you can. On the ground floor of the annex, you’ll find a washing machine, along with an iron and ironing board. Tokens for the washing machine and laundry detergent tabs are available at the Bella Posta shop in the lobby (EUR 7 per wash cycle with detergent).
Is there Wi-Fi at Bella Posta?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
Can I smoke in the room?
No, Bella Posta is a non-smoking property – but smoking areas are available on balconies and in the outdoor areas.
Do I get the South Tyrol Guest Pass?
Yes – the South Tyrol Guest Pass is included for all guests during their stay.
It offers numerous benefits and makes your holiday on the Renon plateau even more relaxing:
  • free use of buses, trains and cable cars (e.g. directly to Bolzano in just 12 minutes)
  • participation in many guided hikes organised by the Renon Tourist Association
  • free admission to the public swimming pools on the Renon plateau and the Wolfsgrubner See lakeside lido in summer
  • free ice skating at the Ritten Arena in winter
  • free entry to the home games of the Rittner Buam SkyAlps at the Ritten Arena
Check-Out
By what time do I need to check out?
Check-out is possible until 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you need a little more time, a late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.
What’s the difference between Check-Out and Smart Check-Out?
With the classic check-out, you stop by reception and return your key card. With our smart check-out, it’s even quicker: you can check out online, pay your bill digitally and leave relaxed — with no waiting time at all. Just let us know the day before your departure if you'd like to handle the formalities in person.
What are the payment methods?
As mentioned, you will have already paid a deposit of 50 % of the total amount before your stay (by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal). You can settle the remaining balance, the local tourist tax (€ 3.50 per night and person aged 14+) and any additional services on site, either the evening before or on the day of departure — by debit card, credit card or in cash. If you prefer not to pay on site, we can also send you an invoice for the remaining amount after check-out, which you can then easily pay online (by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal).
