Before you arrive, we'll send you an invitation to complete your online check-in. Here, we'll collect all the necessary details for the mandatory guest registration, so your on-site check-in will be super quick. One thing to note: for the mandatory on-site check-in you'll need to bring an official photo ID, as we are legally required to verify your identity.

Before your arrival, we'll send you your digital key, giving you access to the main entrance.

Eventually, even the best vacations must come to an end. Don't forget to check-out digitally on the day of your departure (you'll get a reminder, of course). We'll send you the final bill for any outstanding charges, and you can easily pay it online. But if you prefer, you can also settle the bill in person the day you leave.
