The morning begins just as it should in Italy: with fragrant coffee, crispy pastries, fresh fruit, creamy yoghurt, sweet brioche and small savoury treats. And because holidays don’t know alarm clocks, our breakfast for fortunati is available until 11 am — perfect for anyone who likes to stay in Dolce Vita mode a little longer.
Enjoy the day — no plans needed
During the day, small Italian temptations await — sometimes sweet, sometimes savoury, always made with love: a slice of crostata, a quick cappuccino, fresh vegetables or a glass of South Tyrolean apple juice. At 5 pm, enjoy a sparkling aperitivo with little stuzzichini at the bar before the evening begins.
Italian-style dinner
Evenings are all about cosiness: a plate of homemade pasta, fresh antipasti, fragrant bread, a good glass of wine — and maybe a spoonful of panna cotta or tiramisù. The dishes are simple, honest and delicious — Italian cuisine with a subtle South Tyrolean twist, served with heart and without frills. A matching white and red wine, along with water, are included. For those in the mood for something special, a fine selection of wines, soft drinks, or beer is also available à la carte for an additional charge.
